Some Thoughts and Special Memories of Uncle Fred from Caroline's Kids
Ray says: I remember going to Sidney and even though it was near the end of the month and there wasn’t much food to be had, Uncle Fred found a way to feed us. Well it was one of the best roasts I ever ate. He showed me his bike shop and all the tools it takes to build bikes. I thought it was the best thing since sliced bread.
