Cathy Jean “C.J.” Stroh, age 68, passed away Sunday, December 8, 2019 in Chappell, NE.

Cathy Jean “C.J.” (Edens) Stroh was born June 6, 1951 to Harold and Leona (Greiner) Edens in Chappell, NE. On October 20, 1984 she married Kenneth Stroh in North Platte, NE.
C.J. belonged to a quilting group, bowling league, soft ball league, but most of all loved golf and dancing with her beloved husband. She was a member of the prayer warriors with her many Casper, WY friends. C.J. was a talker and made many friends wherever she would go. Everyone loved her and she loved them. Her friends and family called her C.J. however; she loved to be called Skippy by her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
C.J. is survived by her daughter; Amy R. Broyles of Chappell; her son Sean Stroh and wife Ella of Kearney, NE, mother-in-law; Norma Stroh of Sidney, NE; sister; Carol Wiegand and husband Delmar of Chappell, NE; sisters-in-law; Pam Edens and Monica Rutherford and husband Mark; brother-in-law Greg Stroh; grandchildren Kodi Jean Austin and husband Ricky of Virginia Beach, VA, Katie Scarlett Mitchell and husband Kiefer of Sidney, NE; great-grandchildren; Brennan Austin and Paisley Austin of Virginia Beach, VA and many extended family and friends.
C.J. was preceded in death by her husband Ken, her parents Harold and Leona Edens, father-in-law Roy Stroh, children; Jan Gina Modrell, Sherry Kay Modrell and brother Sterling Edens.
