Charles E. Hartsfield Jr, age 44, was taken into the lord’s hands on Sunday, January 12, 2020 in Sidney, NE.
Memorial services will be held at 4:00 P.M., Monday, January 20, 2020 in the United Church of Crook, CO with Pastor Dale Pierce officiating. Cremation has been held and services will conclude at the church. Memorial contributions may be in care of the family and sent to Gehrig-Stitt Chapel, P.O. Box 151, Sidney, NE. Charles was born on June 17th 1975 in Thomasville, GA. After graduating high school Charles served in the United States Marine Corps. After leaving the Marine Corps Charlie took a career as a truck driver and helping raise his first born child ”Rocky ". Charlie's passion in life was driving truck and stopping to gamble at every casino he could find. Charlie was a very loving and caring person who will be missed very much.
Charlie is survived by his son Rocky Hartsfield and three younger siblings, girlfriend Sandy Mitchell and father Charles Edwin Hartsfield Sr.
