Obituary for Michael S Billups
Michael Scotty Billups was called to his spirit world and forever home on Tuesday, February 1, 2022 at Medical Center of the Rockies in Loveland, CO. Private family services will be held. Friends may stop at Gehrig-Stitt Chapel Thursday, February 10, 2022 from 1-6:00 P.M. to sign his register book and leave condolences for the family. A memorial has been established to be designated later.

He was born on June 18th, 1953 in Ukiah, CA to Darrell Billups and Donna Banks. He was married in 1974 to Denise Wriston and to this union Rachel Billups and Michelle Billups were born. He ran and owned different construction businesses throughout his life in Nebraska and California. He raced bicycles for years and even rode his bicycle all the way to California. If you could think it, he could build it, fix it or design it. He could fix your car or build your house. He was the type of man that would do anything for anyone. His family meant everything to him.
He is survived by his children Rachel Billups and her significant other David Uribe of Sidney, NE, Michelle Billups of Evans, CO, his parents Darrell Billups of Ukiah, CA, Donna Banks of Johns Creek, GA and step-father Robert Henning of Redding, CA, sisters Barbara Vlahos and husband Christos of Johns Creek, GA, Cheryl Henning of Altomonte Springs, FL, step-sister Teresa Benson Nevarez of Ukiah, CA, brothers John Billups of Baker, MT and step-brother Steve Benson and wife Sheena of Murfreesboro, TN, grandchildren; Vanessa, Brett, Izabelle, Layla and Jojo who was like a grandson to him, great-grandchildren; Maveryk and Saylor, many nephews and nieces including Zane Henning who was like a son to him.
He is proceeded in death by his step-mother Ruby Billups and his grandparents from both sides.
