Mrs. Sherman was my daughter Noells teacher for 3rd and 4th grade and is still her favorite teacher today .. 7 years later. She had a way of making every child feel special and had a fabulous sense of humor. She was a treasure to teaching.

I will never forget how much I adored Mrs. Sherman as my daughter's teacher. Her love and passion for teaching shone through. I was astounded when I figured out that it was her first year teaching. I rarely requested teachers for my kids, but Mrs. Sherman was one I was willing to fight for. Her passion for teaching spilled over to her professionalism. I was happy to call her a colleague as well. A good leader lifts up those around them. That is what Tammy did. She was an inspiration to us all. The world was a better place because of her. Thank-you for sharing her with so many of us. I hope in the darkness of your grief, her spark will shine through to you. She was a light.
