Laurence was my friend for over 70 years. We probably first met in a catechism class at St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Dalton when we were about 6 years old. We served Mass together, played junior baseball, High School football, basket ball. After High School, Town Team basket ball & baseball. Laurence was a great athlete. I will try to attach some articles my mom clipped from the newspapers while we were in High School. He was a true and loyal. Once you were a friend you would always be a friend. I have more memories of our friendship than I could possibly write here. Everyone who ever knew Laurence will miss him but are rewarded with the memories.
