Condolence: I am so sorry to hear about Dana. I worked with him at Plasma Alliance in Omaha, back in the early 90's. He was a really great guy, always friendly, upbeat, and full of energy.

Condolence From: Kristina and Emily Spriggs
Condolence: As a single mother, I relied heavily on others to help me raise my daughter and mold her into the person I want her to be. Two of the people I relied on heaviest were Dana and Leasa. Zoey and Emily have been best friends since they met at age 2 and Dana and Leasa have been another set of parents to my girl. She has fond memories of camping, fishing, jet skiing, and even just playing at their house with Dana. Her reaction to his departure from this world has been "he was one of my first fathers." For this, I will forever be grateful for Dana and his presence in my daughter's life.

Professionally, I have never met anyone better at their job (other than Leasa). When I did my nursing clinicals, he was the anesthetist on every procedure I studied and was extremely professional and caring. He anesthetized my daughter for her two procedures and she was immediately put at ease when she saw his face. His calm under pressure has always stuck with me in my nursing career and I strive to be as good a nurse as he was.

He was extremely loved and will be missed.

Condolence: I will never forget Dana, babysitting him and his sister, as he and Denise lived just across the alley. He was a good guy and I will remember him fondly forever. My thoughts and prayers are with his family, as they begin to journey on and heal. Denise, I so wish that you would never have known the loss of your brother. Please know that if I can ever help, in any way, I am here. I am so very sorry for your loss.
