I last saw Aunt Charlotte in Sept., 2010, when I stopped to visit her at the nursing home. I was in the area for my class reunion (50th no less)in Lodgepole. She was napping but woke as I sat by her bed. We chatted for a short time and I think she knew who I was, as least that I was family. I will always remember what a great smile and laugh she had and what a good friend she was to my Mother, Mae. Since Mae only had brothers in her family, she really enjoyed her sister-in-laws. Charlotte was so beautiful and had such a sweet, quiet presence about her. She was a special Aunt indeed and I have many warm memories of our family times together.
