What an honor to know this man. Honorable, kind, caring, and a good Christian. Such wonderful memories of him and Dixie driving the bus, offering support at sporting events and kind words of encouragement. Our deepest condolences to the family and especially big hugs to Crystal and Stuart. Have comfort knowing Dean & Dixie are together again and in God’s grace. Terry & Jamie

I am honored to have known and met Dean even if it was only for one weekend. I was lucky enough to have been invited out to his families annually branding get together a few years back. He made me feel so welcomed from the moment I stepped foot on his farm. There's a moment I remember (that was luckily caught with a photo haha) when a crazy calf got the better of us and was kicking its way towards us. Before I even knew what was happening Dean grabbed my arm and pushed me towards the gate to jump out of the way haha. He was to the gate and moving faster then I was haha. He was a joy to be around and you could tell that farm and his family was his life. He will be truly missed
