Today I lost a friend, a pal, and idol. Most of all I lost my grandpa, a man that each and every day I teach and train myself to become. On this very day of mourning and sorrow I also feel blessed, some may even say lucky. I mourn that I ne...ver again will be able to see his glowing face, yet at the same time I feel blessed to have known him for almost twenty-eight years. I mourn that I will never again be able to shake his firm hand, at the same time I feel lucky for all that he has taught me. I mourn that I will never hear that chuckle of laughter, but blessed for everything we shared. I mourn that he will not be there to guide me anymore; nonetheless I am lucky that he has helped make me the man that I am today. He was and will always be my friend, pal, and idol, but most of all he is my grandpa. Love you always and forever, rest in peace Grandpa Fehringer. Blaire
